Once your puppy’s delivery is arranged, we’ll send you a tracking number and full shipping details, allowing you to watch every step of your puppy’s trip and plan for their arrival with confidence.

All puppies fly in climate-controlled, pressurized cabins inside high-quality, airline-approved carriers—never in cargo spaces used for luggage.

Before your puppy’s flight, you will receive:

We only ship in temperature-controlled conditions, using custom-fit carriers labeled with LIVE ANIMALS and clear directional markers. Your puppy’s crate also includes your contact information and destination details for extra security.

To help them feel at ease, we gently introduce your puppy to their travel crate beforehand. They travel with fresh water, soft padding, and food when required for long journeys.
